Not at all. PT is where you get fitter, stronger & healthier, not something you need to “qualify” for. Everyone starts at their own pace, and you won’t be holding anyone up.
Most sessions run for 50 minutes, never longer than an hour. You’ll get a full, proper warm-up, and a focused strength workout with 3–5 key exercises. Come in, train well, and on with your day.
We’ll work around anything that doesn’t feel right. I’ve helped plenty of people with dodgy knees, shoulders, and backs train safely and get stronger. Good coaching means no guesswork and no pushing through pain.
Classes get you moving, but there’s no coaching. Here, you get a proper plan, real guidance, and a coach watching your form, not just shouting over music. It’s small group PERSONAL training, not a free-for-all.
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all plan. We adjust things to your schedule, your stress, and your energy. Life won’t always be perfect, your training doesn’t have to be either.
Most people feel that way starting out. We will have two 1-1 sessions before your small group session and you’ll get continued support from the start. Sessions are tailored to you, not the group, so it won’t matter where anyone else is at.
You’ll have the choice to keep training with me or go it alone. We’ll review your progress and talk through the best next step together - there’s no pressure either way.
